Please Note: Packets ordered using two techniques:

1. Use PayPal (to order via credit card) at a reduced packet cost of only $5.00 each, plus a total order $3.00 handling fee.  Due to Student and internet Customer requests, each packet page will be sent to you via email attachments (Packet PDF Files**) for your personal computer storage and printing. Important: When ordering via PayPal please complete ALL the required information (your email address, mail address, etc.) prior to check out.

** Note:  PDF files can only be viewed and/or printed if Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer.  To download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free, go to www.adobe.com and follow the simple, step-by-step download/installation instructions specific to your computer.
